Reiki

Reiki is a form of energy therapy using gentle hand techniques to repattern the patient’s energy field and accelerate healing of the body, mind and spirit. Used for centuries, it was adapted by the Japanese in the 1800s and now is used in Western alternative medicine as complementary treatment for anxiety, depression, and chronic pain and disease.
