Types of Fitness Sessions We Offer In Our Salt Room

  • SLOW FLOW Yoga: has fewer poses that are held longer, taking several rounds of breath with each pose.

  • POWER FLOW Yoga: teaches physical and mental strength as you flow through a series of yoga poses drawing on the breath as your inner source of power. You will leave the class feeling grounded and energized. All of our wellness classes take place in our beautiful salt cave!

  • SCULPT Pilates: This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. This class is a great complement to any endurance program or sport-specific training as light weights are used for a full-body tone. All levels are welcome, and modifications are made to meet your needs.

  • SURRENDER Yoga: Surrender is a yoga-based program designed to stretch and relax your body. Breathe-work is connected to Yoga movements to develop efficient, balanced movement patterns. Adjustments are also provided for a deeper stretch. Learn how to let go of the stress and tension that creates pain and irritation in the body and mind while increasing flexibility and focus. This practice is intended to release fascia and improve joint mobility, allowing the flow of nutrients and energy throughout the body. We combine gentle, supportive postures with traditional asana poses and a profoundly relaxing savasana.

  • GUIDED MEDITATION: Calm your mind, settle your body, and find a softer focus in your day. This class begins with breath work then progresses into guided mindfulness meditation, followed by a short discussion on bringing meditation into our daily lives and ending with a second seated guided meditation from many traditions, including Mantra, guided imagery, or mindfulness.

  • HEALING SOUND BATH: A healing sound bath class is a meditative and therapeutic experience that combines sound and mindfulness practices to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Participants lie down or sit in a comfortable position while our instructor plays Tibetan singing bowls. These instruments emit soothing and harmonious sounds that are believed to have healing effects on the mind, body, and spirit.

    The salt cave is kept at a cooler temperature… we recommend dressing appropriately.
